I have been teaching fitness since 2018 and am certified in hot pilates, pilates HIIT and strength training. Fitness brings so much joy to my life and I want my clients to find that same experience; teaching is my way of giving back. Physical activity helps me manage anxiety and allows me to model what a healthy physical and mental lifestyle looks like to my community!
I strive to lead by example and inspire my community to make time for fitness and movement. Regardless of how challenging and busy life can be it is so critical to give back to your body through exercise!
Outside of fitness, I love the water and can be found swimming, surfing, running and paddle boarding. I always give 110% to everything and bring passion, fun and positive energy into all aspects of my life.
