I formed Fuel PHitness™ in the Spring of 2014 because with all of my heart, I believe that exercise is the fuel that feeds the body, mind, and spirit. My passion is to incorporate healthy habits and fitness into the daily lives of my clients to ensure they have a happier and healthier life.
My relationship with fitness began at a very young age when my parents enrolled me in swimming and dance classes in an attempt to channel my intense physical energy into something positive.
My connection to exercise was powerful and immediate; my body and mind became more balanced, strong and resilient. Now, a highly disciplined athlete, I draw from my extensive sports background in Karate (brown belt), competitive collegiate swimming and track and field to develop varied and eclectic fitness plans for my clients, safely pushing them toward their own physical limits.
Gyms can be intimidating, but showing up is half the battle! With regular sessions I will create a fitness plan to fuel your needs, both in the weight room and out in the world. Seeing your body change and become stronger is nothing short of life altering!
My personal training philosophy is to provide encouragement, confidence, motivation, and strength to help inspire you to reach all of your fitness goals! I firmly believe that “the body achieves what the mind believes”. If you can believe it, you can achieve it! All it takes is some hard work, dedication, and the right program.
