All levels welcome in all classes.
Please let the instructor be aware of ANY injuries before class, so that we can offer guidance and options.

Bootcamp
Are you ready to transform? This results driven class will leave you drenched, breathless but wanting more! Emoms, Partner Chippers, AMRAPS, indoor/outdoor and running to the finish line with a smile, are just a few things you’ll find here. Every class is different and every instructor brings their own unique style of training.
HIIT IT
HIIT is a full-body workout. This class is a rigorous interval training sequence with high-intensity exercises. It builds cardiovascular fitness while improving muscular strength and endurance. You will be challenged to push to your limits safely and walk out feeling AMAZING!
Tabata Time
Tabata-based short bursts of peak effort using the formula of a work/rest ratio of 2:1 combined with core crusher movements in between. If you like a challenge, we will definitely see you in this class!
Ass & Abs
A class dedicated to toning your glutes and strengthening your core.
Fuel
Prepare yourself for non-stop heart racing action! Are you ready to rumble! It’s time to see what you’re made of. This class gives you a space to push your limits safely. Full body workout of muscle madness.
Pilates HIIT
Powerful Pilates inspired sweat sesh. This class combines low impact, High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) and Pilates principles. When combined they work on both large and small muscle groups. This ensures a whole body focus.
Mat Pilates
Pilates is a low impact core based workout focused on connecting breath to form to create efficient movement patterns. It’s proven to be an invaluable adjunct to professional sports training and physical rehabilitation of all kinds. Equal parts mind and body!
