Fuel PHitness Class Descriptions

All levels welcome in all classes.
Please let the instructor be aware of ANY injuries before class, so that we can offer guidance and options.

Bootcamp

Are you ready to transform? This results driven class will leave you drenched, breathless but wanting more! Emoms, Partner Chippers, AMRAPS, indoor/outdoor and running to the finish line with a smile, are just a few things you’ll find here. Every class is different and every instructor brings their own unique style of training.

HIIT IT

HIIT is a full-body workout. This class is a rigorous interval training sequence with high-intensity exercises. It builds cardiovascular fitness while improving muscular strength and endurance. You will be challenged to push to your limits safely and walk out feeling AMAZING!

Tabata Time

Tabata-based short bursts of peak effort using the formula of a work/rest ratio of 2:1 combined with core crusher movements in between. If you like a challenge, we will definitely see you in this class!
