I have been a group instructor for 6 years, but I’ve been a coach for my whole adult life: from teaching swim, to coaching volleyball, personal training and collegiate sports conditioning. I have a passion for creating and fostering an environment of communal support through movement. I possess a deep connection and passion to the healing power of physical fitness coupled with mental and emotional authenticity. My goal is to embody and teach the precious balance of grace and grit, by inviting the physical body as well as the emotional, mental and spiritual body as part of a whole experience.
