Hannah Anderson
My goal as a trainer, instructor, friend, and human is to inspire other people to be the best versions of themselves. When we move our bodies in a fun healthy way, we remind ourselves of why we do what we do! Movement makes us feel alive; it brings us energy, and lights a fire under our butts when we need it most. I first started teaching classes to help friends out, and now it has become so much more than that. To me, leading classes means inspiring others, creating a sense of community, and giving people the space to let go of whatever happens before or after class (AND get an insane workout).
I have been teaching since 2020, and hope to continue to learn and grow as an instructor alongside all of you in class. I hope that my classes make you feel really good and spark that fire in you to become the best version of yourself. I look forward to sweating with you!
