We are located at the corner of the building with ample parking in front!

Where do I park?

Anywhere in the parking lot! We have free all day parking. Be aware that the farmers market runs Saturday and Sunday so give yourself plenty of time to find parking on those days.

What do I wear?

Be prepared to sweat in class!  We suggest you wear comfortable clothing that you can easily move around in — nothing so tight that it restricts your movement but nothing so loose that there’s lots of extra fabric in your way. Wear close toed shoes like running shoes or gym shoes. Quick-drying clothes made for exercises are best since we don’t have showers in the studio.

What do I bring?

Water, sweat towel, and a mat. Think yoga mat or workout mat.

What are the COVID protocols?

We are following CDC guidelines and the directives of the Santa Cruz Department of Public Health to make sure we are doing our part to protect you. At current, there are no social distancing requirements and masks required in doors, yes even while exercising. If we are outside you do not need to wear a mask.

What is the cancellation policy?

If you need to cancel or reschedule your class please do so within your Union.Fit profile in your app. We have a 2 hour cancellation window. If you do cancel or reschedule your class within this time a late fee of $15 will be added. If you need additional support, please contact us here.
