Muscle Madness

No muscle left behind! This class will give you more energy throughout the day, increase strength, improve cardio, and help you tone and build lean muscle.

Tabata Time

Tabata-based short bursts of peak effort using the formula of a work/rest ratio of 2:1 combined with core crusher movements in between. If you like a challenge, we will definitely see you in this class!

Pilates HIIT

This class combines low impact, High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) and Pilates principles.

Bootcamp

This class is designed to push you to limits you didn’t know possible, safely. This is a full body workout incorporating free weights, plyometrics and resistance training.

Ass + Abs

A class dedicated to toning your glutes and strengthening your core.

Outdoor Bootcamps! (Sign up online to participate)

Every other weekend at 10:00 AM HIIT IT class will be held outdoor “in person” (location announced via email). Please bring own equipment. Space limited to 20 people. $15 minimum donation-based.
