Muscle Madness with Carina
7 AM & 5:30 PM

No muscle left behind! This class will give you more energy throughout the day, increase strength, improve cardio, and help you tone and build lean muscle.

Tabata Time with Carina
9 AM & 5:30 PM

Tabata-based short bursts of peak effort using the formula of a work/rest ratio of 2:1 combined with core crusher movements in between. If you like a challenge, we will definitely see you in this class!

Pilates Pulse with Tricia @ 7 AM

Combines Pilates mat exercises with the principals of High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT). The majority of this class is body weight exercises.

Fuel Good Flow with Tricia @ 5:30 PM

The sequence of energetic movement through postures may be different from class to class, but always follows a progression that moves from basic to complex. This style of yoga builds heat, flexibility and strength, maintaining focus while still tapping into your fire within. Postures will be held a bit longer, and will flow together to unite the body to the breath and mind.

Bootcamp with Carina
9 AM & 5:30 PM

This class is designed to push you to limits you didn’t know possible, safely. This is a full body workout incorporating free weights, plyometrics and resistance training.

Ass + Abs with Shawn @ 7 AM

A class dedicated to toning your glutes and strengthening your core.

Fuel Good Flow with Teresa @ 8:00 AM

A mixed-level class focusing on connecting breath to postures, designed to stretch and strengthen the entire body.

HIIT IT with Carina @ 10:00 AM

This class will leave you breathless and in a pool of sweat! Need I say more?

*Last Sunday of each month, the 10:00 HIIT IT class is replaced with an outdoor “in person” class at Aptos Park (unless otherwise announced) Please bring own equipment and sign up online to participate. Space limited to 15 people. This class will be donation-based.

Yoga Church with Teresa @ 5:30 PM

This class will be a little different each week, with an emphasis of heart, love, joy and community connection. Weather you’re living with or recovering from an injury or would simply like to slow down, center and regroup, this class is for you.
